The everyday habits of what we consume, how we travel, conserve heat and energy and dispose of waste are ingrained in our daily lives, but do we do the same in our workplaces, community buildings, and places of volunteering?  For example, are bins clearly labelled to help sort out recyclable materials, do we think about the implications of travel? 

3. Consider environmental impact when decision-making 

It’s good practice to ensure the environmental impact is considered in aspects of strategy, working practice and procurement.
