Building sustainable sources of income alongside, delivery and the labour-intensive process of applying for funding, takes time, foresight and planning, without the support and resources it’s almost impossible to do.

We want to help you carve deliberate pathways for more sustainable income.

We are looking to support several organisations on their journey for sustainable income, as part of the Impact Consortium project led by Allia, we will be able to support a small selection of organisations looking to diversify their income.

Are you interested?

We will be running 2 online sessions for you to talk about sustaining income, what you need to do to get there and finding out what your barriers are.

The sessions will help us shape the support you will receive from the programme (due to start in Autumn 2024).

Through the sessions, we want to find out:

· The kind of support you would want through the programme.

· The areas of specialist knowledge you need.

· What the barriers are going forward?

Who should attend?

Any person in your organisation who wants to start action planning for sustainable income, it could be a trustee with business skills, a volunteer with ideas or a member of staff.

It doesn’t matter how developed your ideas are, we know this takes time, wherever you are in the journey.
