Hunts Forum holds second Fuddies Informal Funding Network Session

In case you missed it we held our second informal funding network session in July, called ‘The Power of Your Peers’.

Our agenda revealed itself from the informal discussion also resulting in some invaluable peer networking, not just to share funding information but also knowledge about local resources. Thanks to everyone who turned up, it was a great session.

In case you intended to come but couldn’t make it, here is how the agenda panned out:

  • Funding strategy to expand area of work
  • Funding strategy to make a high volume of small grant applications
  • Local trusts (Hudson Trust, Bently Community Fund, Evelyn Trust and Strangward Trust) were mentioned
  • Participants were able to share contact details of people from local companies who are responsible for charitable relationships.
  • The merits of using Grant Making Directories to send proposals to lesser-known grantmakers for small grants.

Thank you, that was really useful’, participant in June 2023 Fuddies session

Come along to the next session which is due Monday 7th August at 1 pm, to join: Book here
