Hunts Forum AGM 2023
The time has come for our Annual General Meeting, and we’re thrilled to announce that this year’s gathering will take place in person at the prestigious Huntingdon Town Hall.
As last year’s AGM was so successful, you can look forward to our member organisation marketplace again, allowing members to showcase their initiatives.
Ample time will be allocated for meeting fellow members and organisations within the Huntingdonshire area, allowing you to network and enjoy light refreshments. You will also have the opportunity to connect with our dedicated Hunts Forum staff and gain insight into our accomplishments over the past year, we also will have a stall set up showcasing Volunteer Cambs, the new Support Cambridgeshire project.
Would you like to secure a stall at the event?
All member organisations will have the opportunity to reserve a stall at the event.
If you would like to be considered, please indicate this on our booking form.
Our CEO, Julie Farrow will commence the event and welcomes all our valued members and supporters to our AGM, reflecting on the past year.
Following this, we will proceed with the official business of the AGM, during which we will request members to vote on various important matters.
This will be followed by the awarding of our Good to Go: Good Governance Mark to those who have achieved this in the past two years.
Our Deputy CEO, Kathryn Shepherdson will then present to the room the new Support Cambridgeshire project, Volunteer Cambs. A website which supports voluntary organisations to promote their requests for support and a point of reference for the public to see how they can engage in their communities. Following this talk, she will be taking questions and encouraging groups to have a look and join up.
We are very excited to hold this event in person again this year and hope you can join us in celebrating the people and places which make up Huntingdonshire.
