Operations Manager

Emma Millward has recently joined the team as the Operations Manager of the Maple Centre. She spent the last 11 years in the hospitality industry managing a much larger building and leading a bigger team. Graduated from Plymouth Marjon University with a degree in Primary Education but decided after the 3 years it was not for her. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family & friends, watching films & holidays.

As the operations manager, Emma will oversee the daily operations of the Maple Centre, working closely with the team to ensure efficient and effective management of the centre. She will be liaising with all the tenants and overseeing any future agreements that are needed. She will be the lead on all HR administration and supporting the team in other areas of the Hunts Forum where needed from event organising to ensuring systems & policies are up to date.
