Love them or hate them policies and procedures are vital for any organisation, serving as a roadmap for daily operations.
Good policies should inform, empower, and protect your organisation by ensuring they comply with legislation, offer the guidance needed for decision making, whilst mitigating against risk. Small voluntary organisations have alot to juggle as well as keeping their policies relevant and up-to-date, if your haven’t looked at yours for a while or you want some reassurance that you are doing the right thing- this session is recommended for you.
