2 Facts and figures (to back up demonstration of need)
What knock on consequences are there if the need(s) continues to be unmet?
3 What is the need and why is it still unmet?

What is your change insight – what are you planning to do?
4 Your organisation’s plan to tackle the need
My theory of change (if and then statement); Logic Model; Robust plan;
Focus on benefits.
5 Provide evidence that your organisation has the ability to achieve this
Provide evidence – such as:
Skills
Knowledge proof – case studies and evaluations
Experience
Relationships & Partnerships
6 Map your application to the Funder’s Criteria
Check through to ensure that you have mapped your application to meet the funder’s criteria and not written a great pitch for something else entirely.
